Is there a way of colour striping dialogue boxes for easier reading?

He means contrast rows for properties and system browser; every other grey for instance.
I haven't bumped into that myself so no idea here. The disability/ease of access visual settings are lacking slightly.
PICNIC: Problem In Chair Not In Computer.
Around 90% of issues can be explained by human error instead of an actual error.

I do not think there is a way, but this sounds like an idea worth spreading. How about entering it there?
