Is it possible to make a diagonal /circular sweep instead of just horizontal or vertical?

Sure you can. Do you have a specific application in mind? Post a screenshot or the file so we can see exactly what you are want to path your sweep along.
I wanted to apply it 1 . on a surface with diagonal top, and 2. on a circular floor that popsout of the wall
You should be able to do that with an In-Place Modeled Sweep. Post the file so I can get a better look at it.
You can do a sweep in pretty much any direction you want fyi... yours seems pretty straightforward though so an in-place sweep might be enough, as @barthbradley mentioned.
sweep xyz-direction
Yes I was using wall sweeps indeed, sorry i didnt tell. Can i find somewhere how i can place an in model sweep as you are mentioning?

Architectural Tab=>Component=>Model In-Place. All the modeling tools you need are right there. Same workflow as modeling a Loadable Family.
...tell you what; post your RVT and I'll put an In-Place Modeled Sweep in it and return it to you for your examinination. Free of charge. ![]()
