Detailing waterproofing in 2D callouts and in 3D

Hey there!
I have attached an image in this post and was wondering what would be the best way to detail some ground floor waterproofing that is not necessarily part of any floor/wall, but is on the outside of some structural concrete. My main couple of questions are:
- 2D representation - As a 1:5 detail that I would like to make, what is the best way to recreate the red/orange and teal lines around the concrete as some kind of component/sweep or any other element that can actually be keynoted and also and maybe most importantly be flexible to follow the lines of the concrete? I need it to be flexible enough to be used in other locations where the concrete line will be different and I do not want to use lines because they cannot be keynoted.
3D representation - From a 3D modeling perspective, what would be the best way to go about and waterproof a concrete frame on the ground floor level? As realistically some layers will be overlapping or stopping short of certain elements, I want to have the flexibility to control these parameters. Also, it would be good if the waterproofing membranes can be a single element that can follow both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Thank you for your time and help!
