I've recently been using design options to some success and have implemented the correct views in my template etc- great! However, I have recently noticed that if I draw two individual walls, one of top of the other, both of which are assigned to their respective options, I get a section missing from Option 2, due to Option 1's wall passing through it.
No sure why this is happening, surely one option shouldn't affect the other. Any ideas please?

Did you join the walls? Looks like it. Join Geometry removes volume at the union.
Attached file for your reference. If your problem still cannot be solved, I suggest you upload it for review.
Thanks for sending that project across, that's proof that it can be done.
Please see my template attached, I've removed company work sheets, logos etc...
Open Proposed>Master to view both walls and then each Option view
You have 2 design option sets rather than 2 design options. If these walls are for 2 design options, there put them in different options in one design option set. Doors: go to the design option and then place the doors.
