Dependent views

Hello,

I've got very little knowledge about Dependent views, so i thought i come here with a question.

If i have a primary view with an dependent view under it, is it possible to use different settings for the dependent view that do NOT apply to the primary view?

Filter settings for example, i'd like to use different filters in the dependent view than i do in the primary view.

Thank you in advance!

-Michael.

No - the settings will affect both views.

If you manually hide some annotation AFTER duplicating the view then the annotation is only hidden in that view, not the primary view or other dependent views.

Well yes with the simple elements like annotations etc it causes no issues.

But we would want to use different filters in the dependent views rather than the primary views.
