Make them Project Parameters assigned to Sheet Category and put them in your Project Template so they are there when you start a New Project.

@barthbradley thanks for your response.

 

Our current plan is to use the clients existing project files and then add our own sheets as we go.

 

Does this sound plausible or will we have to individually link each of our project parameters every time we open a new clients project file?

 

I understand that using the clients project file is maybe not the best idea but it definitely seems more time efficient.

 

Relatively new to Revit so we are open to suggestions!
