Additional Info:

When I command Drafting>Sketch>Filled Region and thenclicked Region Property, I see region Types with name associated to the inserted CAD File and it's a long list of them. It's this ones I am trying to delete.
Filled regions under the options are fine.

Thanks

While Revit still can`t find unused hatches by itself you can install HatchKit Add-in and delete manually all unused patterns (there is also a "purge" button for this purpose but it didn`t work properly for me)

Where do you get the "Delete at Will" command?

Thanks,

Susan

I like to use Dynamo such as processs.

I just repurpose them to filled regions that I might use. Just workaround.
