If I click on the word "New" beside Rooms, I can see about 20 different rooms - Kitchen, Bathroom etc. How can I delete these rooms? I want to create a new set of rooms.
I have deleted the rooms that were in the room schedules, but this list of rooms is still visible.

What rooms? Create a schedule to show all rooms, delete from there...
Here is the list of rooms:
I have created the schedule - see attached.
Is your Schedule reporting the Phase the Rooms are in?

No it's not - how can I add that information?
"Phase" is a Schedule Property (Grouped under "Phasing"). I asked if the Schedule was set to the Phase that the Rooms are in. If it isn't, they won't report in the Schedule. Did you get a chance to read the information in the Link I provided?
See @barthbradley's comment,. Your current schedule is set to Phase 3 so it will show the rooms in this phase only. If you switch it to the other phases in the project (or remove other phases) you will probably find those remaining rooms there. Perhaps also show/check an overview of all the (room) schedules you have btw. There might be some pre-defined rooms there.
Hi
By changing the phase if Room Name and Number information not showing up in your room Schedeule. It might be needed creation of project parameter.
Then you can delete the rooms in the schedule

... are you suggesting OP is scheduling project parameters instead of ootb ones? why would you create custom double number/name parameters? and then how would those non-ootb parameters show up in the ootb room dropdown when placing them? huh? I think I didn't get the memo, so maybe explain when the before mentioned doesn't solve it... #confused
