Deducting unusable area

Hi all,

I'm using revit to produce an area schedule, measuring in accordance with the RICS code of measuring practice 6th edition. The project this is for includes raking columns, meaning I need to deduct areas of below 1.5m clear height from the measure for nett areas. Does anyone know if there is a way to make room areas depend on clear height from floor level?

You can use the rooms' Unbounded Height parameter to filter those rooms with less than 1.5m Height
