Re: Decal on TV

I am trying to place a decal onto a tv, but it will not show up in my renderings. I tried to place the same decal on a wall and it shows up in the renderings. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

check to ensure the decal is applied to the face of the "tv." I assume the tv is just a rectangular extrusion.

I did notice that it got applied to the wall behind the TV, and could not get it moved, so I left it on the wall and deleted the TV.

before you place the tv decal, set your current workplane to be that of the plane of the tv extrusion object where the decal is supposed to rest.
