We use a cloud-based service Box.com as our primary file storage system. Since it appears that Revit has no ability to embed image files into the BIM model, the links to our central library are constantly being broken due to the unique username identifier used by Box.com (C:Users/'Unique Username'/Library/...). Is there a way to embed the images, or create a better file structure using cloud-based storage?
