Data in file "........" is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered

Got this error message while trying to open Revit LT files that I know are not corrupted.  I went to Windows Control Panel and went thru the "Repair Program" process, rebooted and still same problem.  Revit LT was running file last night, but as I went to close out of the program for the night, Revit LT crashed a few seconds before it had finished saving down the file that was open.

Does anyone have words of wisdom to fix this, or do I need to do a clean re-install of the Revit LT.

Is this a workshared file? Do you see the same behavior on other machines?

This is not a workshare file. I have a single seat license for Revit LT 2018, which is the one that has the problem

Copy and rename a backup file (the filename will end in a bunch of numbers). Try opening that. If it opens successfully, then delete the old file.
