Not sure about IceDrive but many cloud solution don't work well with Revit, if there is a glitch during any part of the opening, saving process then it will give you this error. You can try to open the file with Specify Worksets and close all the worksets, I doubt that will work but worth a try. If not all you can do is go to a back up and restore, or send the file to Autodesk and wait for them to repair.
