CW Mullion Offset on the Z Axis

I am looking to offset the base mullion on the Z Axis. There is a built-in 'Offset' parameter that moves it on the X/Y Axis, but not Z. The idea is to give the base mullion an offset of 10mm for Caulking/Sealant. If I give the CW a base offset of 10mm, then the rooms overlap.

Things I want to avoid:

  • Placing Room Separation Lines.
  • Placing new CW grid line 10mm above and deleting the mullion on the CW base and placing the mullion on the new grid line (it's just too close to work with).

I thought about placing a parameter in the profile, but this can't transfer into the mullion system family like it would with a nested family. Maybe Dynamo would give me the answer, but I thought I'd check here first. Any ideas?

FWIW: Rooms have a Base Offset Parameter.

Yes I was getting the Computation Height error when doing that, but now I know to set the Computation Height of the Levels to fix this.

Cheers
