Cut mark in section view

Is there an easy way to show a cut line across a section in the section view?  Right now I'm only wanting to show the lower or upper part of a section on a plot sheet, and I'm using the scope box to control what part of the section shows up on my plot sheet.  What I can't get to show correctly is a cut mark (in line with the scope box) so that I don't have a bunch of wall lines just hanging in space.

The attached image is what we did in CAD and I'd like to do something similar if possible:

Thanks!

Revit has  a Famili-  Detail Item -Masking Region already made for this - called Break Line...

go to Annotate > Component > Detail Component > Load Family > US Imperial(or Metric) >Detail Items >Div01-General > Break Line

I prefer using for details  Callouts , better then Scope Box...
