Is it  a course view? Change the Course Pattern and color under the Floor Type Properties.

Curious question, @martijn_pater .  What are you thinking?  Is there an some LT limitation in this area?

Hello

I'm using full revit 2017.

It was on course and when i changed it to medium/fine i got colours as per the materials browser.

I changed to course colour as suggested but that didn't have any effect .... but I'm happy to use fine/medium

Thanks for help

Course Fill/Pattern had no effect?  Are you sure the Floor is Cut? Are you Phasing Construction? Set Phase Filter to "Show Complete".

@barthbradley  I was just wondering which version because he doesn't haveforeground/background material settings. I don't know if that might be an LT limitation, so yes I was curious about that. Not directly related to the question I suppose. Although with LT there could have been filters in place also, although not likely here.

@Anonymous You already figured it out, as you had to set the view from course to medium/fine though (next to view scale). When set to course, it will use the course material as set in the specified location bradley mentioned. You can mark his answer as solution.
