Hello all,
I am beginning with Systems Analysis with Revit 2022 to simulate HAVC loads. I separated the floor plan into several spaces (grids) with the space separator as shown in the first screenshot below. I would like to know the required cooling and heating loads within each small space.
However, the analytical spaces in the energy model are not identical to the spaces I separated. Some spaces are combined forming an analytical space as shown in the second screenshot below.
So, is there any method to let Revit generate analytical spaces as same as the spaces I divided with space separator?
The rvt file is attached. Thanks a lot for your help.
you can refer to these LINK and LINK and see if helps. thanks
It doesn't look like you have created HVAC Zones

Typically a zone will match a room, or be part of a room. Why would you create so many spaces in what appears to be one room? The only time I split a room in multiple spaces is if those areas are used differently and require different treatment. But this is mainly for Lighting calcs (also spaces used for that). For HVAC, we assume one room has the same conditions.
