Custom Spot Level in Plan Snapping to Point Cloud

I want to be able to do quick spot elevations which only call off the elevation relative to the survey base point.

There doesn't seem to be any way to customise a spot elevation or create a custom one that looks as follows : +10.000

Doing it manually will involve drawing a model line at the point i want the level then using spot coordinate to get the number then putting that number into a bit of text.

Thats far too many steps for someone so simple.

Please tell me someone has already solved this

Create a 3D View Oriented to Plan View and Snap the Diagnostic Tripod-1 point Adaptive Family to PC Point. Then place the Spot Elevation at the origin of the Adaptive Family.  Diagnostic Tripod-1 point.rfa can be found in the Content Library's Mass Folder.  Use this or any single Adaptive Point Family.

My main issue is that there isnt anyway to customise the spot elevation to look how i want or even some alternative method that acts in a similar way to spot elevations. Thanks for the reply though its an interesting workaround
