Custom Curtain Wall Modeling

Hi,

I want some help modeling this wall screen in Revit. My coworker made it in Sketchup and imported it to Revit, but I would like to know how to model something like this in Revit, so I can edit it and get dimensions. 

Please find reference drawings and images below. It is also a sloped screen wall.
