Curtain Wall Tags in model don't appear in the file that references it

I'm working in a client's files where the building that I'm working on is linked/loaded into another file showing the entire campus.  In the building file, there are curtain wall panel tags applied to the curtain wall units.  When that building file is loaded into the campus file, the tags don't appear.  There is no template applied to the view and the Curtain Panel Tags option is check in Visibility/Graphic Overrides.  I've also checked the filters in VG and View Hidden Objects and they don't have any affect on the appearance.

Any suggestions on how to display my CW tags in the campus file?

Thanks,

Open View's Visibility Settings > Revit Links tab > highlight the link instance and change Display Settings to either By Linked View or Custom, then select the correct Linked view from the dropdown list.
