All storefront in model are having the same issue. The mullions either overlap each other or don't connect at all. All glazed panels do not completely infill between mullion, and editing function wont let it align either. Has anyone had the same issue? I've tried deleting grids, mullions and even completely redoing the whole system. Nothing has worked so far.

Are you using custom profile mullions and custom panel families?

Maybe your Mullion has an Angle?

The "window" in your images should have one curtain grid, the horizontal one about two thirds up. The rest should be the boundary extents of the curtain wall. If you have grids at the left and right side as well as the boundary then you've got too many grids.

Thank you all for the various Ideas. Just created a new file and copied everything over. Some how it fixed it.

Hi, I got the same problem, when take down the mullion in "Offset Parameter", the glazing panels don't connect together like when using system rectangular profile, using custom profile mullion cause problem ? I also tried to move the ref plan of profile to under the Center Line, and they connect together, but if I try to take up the new mullions in "Offset Parameter", so the panels and mullions will be overlap. They don't automatically adjust like using rectangular mullion
