Select the curtain wall, and then Modify>>Attach Top / Base. Then select the roof.

Custom panels will not cut it, only rectangle shape You need to either model odd shaped panels in place or family with void, or using adaptive family.

ok makes sense but this is a kingspan model i would have thought they would have modelled it with that in mind. What about if i did a cut on the wall panels to cut the angle in?

You can try but I think you will have a hard time cover different angles and dimensions. Other options are using curtain mullions, or a beam system. Basically each mullion or beam is a rib.

its a shame the kingspan panels are not set up to be adaptive as you mentioned there're a big company i would of hoped they would..

Make a normal wall where the curtain wall should be, attach it to the roof, than change the type to curtain wall
