Revit Curtain Panels.png

In a standard template there is a special (empty) curtain panel which you use if you want to have no panels in certain spots. If needed you can copy this from another project/template by using transfer project standards.

(Create a curtain wall with an "Empty Panel" and copy that curtain wall to your project. The empty panel automatically will be copied with the curtaine wall to your project)

I have no problem to place mullions (sometimes easier to do in a 3D view). You might want to rotate the grid so it matches with the angle of the roof.

The third roof is double curved (similar to a saddle) that gives problem to place mullions. In this case you might need create it in a differetn way (in place family maybe)

Always consider how it would be build in real life. Double curved objects are often a nightmare to produce (and usually very costrly)

I'll weigh in on FORM 3 Roof question.

FORM 3 Roof is a Basic Roof (see "GlazingA"). You cannot add Grids/Mullion to it.  Nor will it accept a Sloped Glazing Roof or Curtain Wall by [Mass] Face. So, another approach you could use would be to create UV Grids via a Divided Mass Surface (see GlazingB) and apply a Pattern-Based Curtain Panel (see GlazingC).
