Curtain Wall Awning

Hello, I'm trying to place "Curtain Wall - Awning" into a panel but it doesn't let me. This is what it brings up every time. What should I do?

Does it work in other walls or models. I mean, is the issue with the wall or the family.

I realized that a family of the same name exists in the Autodesk content library, and it is working fine for me.
