Hi,
I am trying to create a curtain wall with equal sized panels.
when I turn on Maximum spacing and adjust for mullion size, the panel size ends up being smaller on the ends, thus it seems to be ignoring or not calculating the end mullions.

Use Fixed Distance. About the spacing...The panel size ends up being smaller on the ends probably because of the justification used:

Does fixed distance require me to calculate the desired panel size? i was hoping it could do that for me.
It depends on the length. If you have an uneven length, using a fixed number might be a better approach. This way, Revit will calculate the distances, dividing them equally.
Fixed Distance indicates that the curtain grids are placed at the exact value specified for Vertical/Horizontal Spacing. If the spacing is not an even factor of the wall's length, Revit inserts space at one or both ends of the wall, depending on the justification parameter.
Using fixed number will grey out the distance value, and you will be able to only control the number in the properties tab, the distance value will be automatically calculated.
