Curtain System from Mass - Panel Joining

I am applying a Curtain System to all sides of a non-rectilinear Mass.  The curtain system is for typical Architectural Composite Metal panels, using mullions to signify panel edges and joints.

When applying the system to the Mass, the joining behavior is not what I would like to see (see attached image).  If I change the location of panel my mullions do not respond the way I like.

What are the various ways I can resolve these joining issues?

Thanks!

Yes, that is typical and correctable.  Keep in mind, Panels have Instance and Type Properties of their own.  Offset, Extrusion Start and Extrusion End.  To access Instance Parameters, TAB-Select Panel and click on "Edit in Place" to reveal Instance Properties and Shape Handles.

Tab, select of single and panel and edit instance parameters does provide any shape handles and only provides offest and thickness and any changes made to these parameters changes the entire system, not just the one panel on one side.

Am going to have to develop specific panels for these end conditions and swap out the standard panels for these special panels?  I have a lot of these type of conditions where the joining angle varies (20+) across the entire project.

Would it be possible to add parameter for something like:

"Panel Extension"

and

"Panel End Angle"

Ideally I want Revit to Trim or Join similar to 90deg walls or similar geometry.

Thanks,

Boyd

Correct, I do not see those type of options - see attached image.  I'm going to guess that is because it is driven by the shape of the Mass.CurtainSystem_Panel-Joining_Type and Instance Parameters.PNG

Unpin the panel.

Even unpinned, same limited parameters and no grips...I think it has to do with the mass

Post the file.  Let's see what's going on.

File attached, the mass is included.  Thanks for your assistance and taking the time to look at it.

Also, if you see or think of an alternative approach to getting the same results, I'm open to that as well.

Thanks!

I was to be able to get there. I did need to TAB around a bit though.  It's not visible.

This is what I was talking about:

How did you create the Mass?

Here's what I was thinking.  Use the grips to resize it.  Don't know how practical that would be though.
