So, the question is: What can be seen in the view, but not selected? Sounds like a riddle?  Well, I know a background cannot be selected -- but that's not what it looks like in your screenshot.  How 'bout posting the file for us to examine?

...Question: Are any of these boxes unchecked?

I got a solution abot my problem, which I mentioned that cross line display in plan layout.

I changed the  material which I assigned to ground floor and 1st floor (2 story) then that cross line disappeared.

But, I have no any idea, why is that. becoz i'm not a expert in revit.

Thanks lot all of guys involved to give me big help to solved my problem .

Thanks again. see you guys again with another problem...lol

Could be an issue unrelated to Revit too. Hard to know. Sometimes weird sh*t happens.

The floor material and the wall material (could be one material) are defined with a huge diagonal cross pattern.  Edit the material(s) and set the surface pattern to None.

I had the same issue here in the future with the reference lines in an area plan. Turned them off in the view template model settings under AREAS as shown and they went away. (I had to re-select the color scheme as well).
