Crop/view for Sheet not working

I've tried the size crop button as well as the grips to make both my floor plan and my schedule fit on the same sheet but the floor plan crop absolutely refuses to shrink. It just pops back to regular size or the grips just won't drag in.

Does your floor plan view have a Scope Box associated with the Crop Region?

No, It does not have one of those. I tried to create one and got this message.

"None of the created elements are visible in Floor Plan: ar1a - area B Copy 1 View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings."

Can you post a snapshot of the view's properties?  Similar to this:

You clearly have a scope box assigned to the view.  What you need to do is open an overall uncropped floor plan, find the scope box 'b', and stretch it to the size you want.

At first, I thought I didn't have a Scope Box on. This does not refer to having Scope Boxes turned on/off in the view template or visibility graphics. Scroll down in Properties > Locate the "Scope Box" Field > Make sure this is set to "None". This resolved my issue! 🙂
