Crop Region Larger than actual size on sheets

I am using Revit 2019

I have never seen this issue before, and it is only happening on this one project. The Crop region is set to a specific area, but when the view is placed on a sheet, the crop region is much larger. See attached for a visual. Thank you very much for any help with this...

It may be:

-Structural connection.

Usually they do not show but bother the crop region.

If not try to remove the view from sheet and replace .

There is something in the view that is causing that. The viewport is reacting to something outside the crop region.

What's in the model down there? Site base point, project base point? Something in a link?

Is annotation crop on and the extents set appropriately?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Hey Rob,

Yeah, I've checked everythg that falls within this "false" window, and nothing is showing up out of the ordinary, but by turning off the linked files one at a time I did narrow it down to one of the linked files. And I just now found that it is the Structural Connections that is causing the issue. I turned them off in the linked file and all is good now. I think the first person who responded to this thread mentioned that. I will have to give them the credit for their suggestions. Thanks for your responding!!!

You are correct, that is what it was!

 Thanks!

in my case, it was something in a rotated link. When the annotations for that link were turned off, the problem went away.
