Crop Region & Break Line are separated - Cannot Modify or Rotate the Crop View Anymore

Hi everyone. 

I'm new to revit and ran into this problem. I cannot modify the crop region anymore. The break line which is usually attached to the crop region boundary is separated and not modifiable. It is preventing me from adjusting the crop region. I am not able to manually change its size, or even rotate it in my sheet.

you need to set your scope box to "none"
