Hello, I'm pretty new to Revit, and I'm trying to look up possible solutions for a "column" wrap for trusses I plan to make. Does anyone know how to create wraps (or finishes) for angled trusses/columns? Ideally, it would look like the steel structure featured on UBTECH Headquarters by bKL Architects (Attached photo) (https://bklarchitecture.com/projects/ubtech-headquarters/). I also aim to use steel trusses for the structure; I'm not sure, however, if you could create wraps for steel trusses in Revit. Thanks!

I would just use original column and then just add the wrapping around the column.
When you load into the project, the column will include with the wrap. For the material, just use model pattern.
If you're going to modify the column families, it would be good to put the cladding in a subcategory, so that you (or another team member) can turn the cladding off in views where the cladding does not need to appear (structural drawings).
I'd wrap the structural framing members separately - maybe even in a future phase of construction. I'm seeing them as more of an architectural feature.
You could do the wrapping with a basic wall type.
