Any suggestion for creating two doors in a single frame.
the only trick here is with opening cut through two walls. They need to be perfectly parallel and joined between themselves. If You place the door in one of them, the other also will be cut.
The door themselves is nothing special- pure modeling and drawing swings as per Your needs. One frame, one nested panel can be, loaded twice. Up 2 U. If You wish frame can also be nested with a parameter of thickness which can be parametrically adjustable as well.
You start with new door family. the opening is already there. The rest is about geometry for the panels and architrave that You need to model per analogy to normal doors.
I highly recommend checking out the Revit Families available directly from Manufacturers. Both Marvin Doors and Pella Door have well-built parametric double door families. You'll learn a lot from reverse-engineering them.
