Creating New Tag

I am having a problem with tagging on my current project. I have a concrete model that I am working on, I have a steel RVT. model (from a sub) that I converted from an IFC  that is linked into my model and I am trying to tag the steel embeds in my concrete model. The problem is that the tag I have in my concrete model is pulling the Name Override in the steel model, however, I want it to pull Member_Piecemark name from my steel model. I have tried to edit the label and select the steel Revit project, pull up those properties and pull from there but get an error message when I try to open that project. Any suggestions? I have included some screen shots.

if you cant open the structural model independently try to TAB select the steel member through the link and check its properties.

find the parameter name you need and create a tag using that parameter as your label

try to open the structural model detached from central if possible.

it sounds like the translation from IFC to Revit lost something.
