Creating louvers

Hello guys, 

I trying to create a family for louver.  Can someone help me to figure this. i would like to create the louvers blade in between the overall witdh (overall witdh - 3900). i dont know how to use the formula.

If you want to place the blades at an equal distance from the Overall Width limits , then it can be done with this configuration:

make sure you do it as Constantin has done here and nest your louvre family into the main family - trying to directly array an extrusion is fraught with problems.  You will find it much easier to control the lenght etc.
