Creating handrail on sloped and curved structural wall

Hello everyone , I am trying to create handrail on a sloped and curved structural wall. The handrail does not follow the path, resulting in incorrect alignment. 

Specifically, the handrail segments don't align properly with the wall . Attached are screenshots showing problem areas. Anyone have any idea.

Model a roof on top of the wall and use it to host the railing.

Is the top of the slanted wall level?  If so, just place the railing on the level that is at the top of the walls.

Thank you all for reply but be noted that the wall is sloped not only circular.

use the ramp:

or make it as the generic model.

use swept blend, select the wall line as path and create the profiles..it works best if your railing is solid. You can model the vertical parts as extrusions...
