My opinion: I think that would be "commercial purpose" since you're using the software to sell a product, your course. I think it goes against the terms of the student version:
"Software and services accessed through the Education plan may be used only for purposes directly related to learning, training, and research. They may not be used for commercial, professional, or any other for-profit purposes."

Ok I understand but I can get 30 days free trial and then create course. Am I right?

The trial version is not for commercial purposes either. It is for evaluation only.
You might still want to check the EULA that you are signing. That statement from Autodesk says that you can "do" a course. To me that means that you can take the course. It doesn't say that you can create a course (and get paid for it). There is room for interpretation in the way that is worded. They might be correct but I would do some fact checking.
It is symantics but when it comes to legal stuff, you really need to be careful. If the program shows that you are using the student version to create content for your course, personally, I'd be leary of taking the course.
But, hey, That's just me.
To be safe, maybe you can buy the software for the time that you need it, and pay monthly. The current cost per month is $355. More information here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/revit/overview?term=1&tab=subscription&plc=RVT
