Hi! Still learning Revit and I have created a ceiling plan view within my project. I want to be able to see my floor plan while in that view to created different ceilings in each room. I edited the underlay to show my floor plan level 3 but there are extra lines that arent walls that I had created. I checked he visibility but I may be missing something. I have also attached a screenshot (my project is too big to upload )to show the difference between my floor plan and ceiling plan as I am confused. Hoping someone can help!
Are you using the Underlay Parameters in the Properties Palette?
Yes, In range base level I set it to Level 3, then in range top level I put unbounded but I changed each of those options and nothing changed.
In this model I am in a Ceiling Plan for Floor 1 and want to see the layout below this ceiling so i set the following in the Underlay
This now shows everything below the Ceiling for this floor

are there extra lines showing in your RCP or you're missing these extra lines that you created and want to see in the RCP?
