Creating a schedule in Revit with info that drops off??

I'm trying to create a schedule for my Sheet Issuances that will be tracked on my titleblock. The problem is - I don't have enough room in my titleblock for multiple line entries. Does anyone know if it's possible to create a schedule with a setting for the information to drop off after so many line entries are totaled?

1. Are you using the Revision schedule on the title block family?
2. To clarify: says your revision schedule can house 10 lines max. and if you have 12 Revision items, you want the oldest two to disappear, only the latest 10 to show?

1. Yes, that's correct. I'm using a Revision Schedule in my titleblock that is sorting by Revision Sequence.

2. Exactly, I'd like to be able to control how many revisions will stay visible until show until previous ones start to disappear. Can you tell me where/how I can set the schedule to 10 lines max as you mention?

Well, I have just tried with the OOTB Imperial Architectural Template and its Revision Schedule behaves exactly as you want.  Maybe take a look at that and you will have what you need.
