Does anyone know how to create a new central model from an existing central model. I need to copy everything over from an existing model to a new model, for a new project with all the same content. However, I need to keep the existing central model active and detached from the new.

copy the central model file, then open Revit, go to file open, and find the copied file. before opthe ening copied file check the "Detach from Central". This will create a 'not central' model or file without work sharing enabled. So to make it a central model just go to Collaborate tab, click Collaborate and follow those steps. Now you got two central models
