Hello,
How can I create a wall, where the datum line is representing the top of the wall..
See photo attached. The red line is a 3d line which is linked from a AutoCad topographical survey which represents the top of the wall.
Thanks for any help.

Hello Alan,
I've tried re-attaching the photo but had the same issue. It works for me if I download the photo.
ok downloaded it.
I think I would use model in place to create the wall and use sweep.
Using the red topo line as the path and then sketch the shape of the wall for the profile.
There seems to be a problem with viewing images generally - it's not your image. I can see it if I download it.
One method is to create a railing with one rail the depth and width of the wall. Host it on the topo surface.
Alternatively, you could create a sweep with the profile of the wall and pick 3D lines.
Autodesk is working on the Viewing attachments issue....
be on the level you want the wall datum line to use.
set the Place Wall to Depth
set the Base Constraint/offset and the Top Base Constraint/Offset

Select Wall and Use Edit Profile to reshape the Wall.
Or, if the Datum is straight, draw a Ref. Plane that follows the Datum, and use Attach top/Base tool to attach the Wall to the Ref. Plane Line.
