Create instance of a linked file and get it do be dropped into the model by project base point

I have a linked file in one of the Revit files I am working on that I want dropped into the revit file in the position of project base point

The linked file I want dropped, already exists in an earlier linked file and there is no instance created in the model yet

When I go to create instance, by right clicking on the linked file in the project browser, it does not give me the option to drop it in by project base point

How can I do this -

Remove it and relink, project base point to project base point.

What about selecting the Link directly, and pressing Create Similar and Reposition to Project Base Point in the right-click dropdown ?
