Create heigh tag in Revit 2019

Hi Guys,

Can you please help me with a create a annotions tag in Revit 2019? 

When i am in revit 2022 or 2023 i can create label with Elevation from Level, but i can't in Revit 2019.

There is no such thing as an "annotation tag". These are the only categories you can assign to a tag.

Tags pull information from the element it is tagging. Do the element's properties contain "Elevation from Level", or show anything related to elevation from level?  

If it does, it needs to be an in-built parameter or shared parameter in order for the tag to read/report it.
