Create Custom Handrail

Hello everyone, I need help how to change the position of the handrail based on this picture

Select the rail, pick new host and pick the stair.  If it doesn't change then edit sketch and set the slope to By Host or Slope.

yes i already done it but how to maintain the baluster meet the bottom floor of the next level?

Use two separate railings. One is for the handrail which follows the stair slope. The other is for the pickets.
