Create a step from a in place mass floor

Good afternoon. 

I am creating a Building using In-place mass, with three levels (Attach an image).

The problem is that there is a step in the level 2, as a result, when I create mass floors I only want to have a floor in the surface in red of the level 2, not in all the level 2 (drawing with dots).

What should I do?

Create two in-place masses.  One for Levels 1 and 3 mass floors, the other for Level 2 mass floor.

Thanks very much for your quickly answer. 

And then, How can I join both masses? Because I use the comand join but it doest work, when I select one of them, Only one are selected and not both.

You don't join them  They are two separate masses.  You can still model one mass fully to add walls, curtain system, or roofs.  Just don't check Level 2 when create the mass floor. See attached 2017 file.
