Create a schedule that include all specified parameter values

Hi!

I have a problem creating a schedule that include all my parameters values.

I need to have a Schedule with all 15 parameter values. I have 15 diffrent "values" in my parameter, but have only placed 7. The parameter are connected to rooms. The problem is that the values which is not placed in a room dosen´t appear in my schedule.

Is there a solution there the schedule can display all values, even the values that are not placed?

I hope you can understand my problem.

Based on what you highlighted on the picture, I assume you didn't express the problem very well... You can actually have rooms that are not placed and define the values. Open the room schedule and click "insert data row".

Oh dident know you could do that, Thanks!

But now i got another problem, i need to hide the "red text" and keep the "blue text" visible. (see the picture)

Can you do that? Tried to hide/isolate, but it hided the whole column. :enttäuschtes_Gesicht:

Why not just filter them out of the schedule?  In other words,  set the filter rules to show only those elements that have a value greater than 0,00.

But that would remove also the names of the rooms.

I recommend another strategy:

Have a color fill legend based on room names and create an additional schedule with the square meters that are present.

Yep., @Avaris., I see that now.  Blue around names; red around values.  What's the point then?  Scratching my head here, @pputte.stenqvist.

You cannot hide the 0m2 area value while keeping the placeholder rooms on the schedule. But you can create a Conditional Format (Formatting tab) to change the background color of the 0m2 cells to black (or the same color as the schedule text) to mask them.

thank you all for posting. I tried to mask 0 m2 with a black color but it dident work for some reason.

I´ve solved it with a seperate schedule/legend that show all, and one that display the specific shedule with current categories/rows.
