Hi. After months of trying to figure out why panning my model on perspective view moves crazy fast, I have finally figured out how to solve this problem of mine. The Crop View box on my 3D View Properties is unticked and the default Crop Region in a new project file is relatively vast in area. For reasons why Revit has this default crop region size, I have no clue.
This is what I did. I ticked the Crop View box on the 3D View Properties and reduced the size of your Crop Region relatively close to the size of my model.
In adjusting the size of your Crop Region - when you make your Crop Region visible, probably in most cases, you may have to zoom out until your model is too small to be seen before you can see the rectangular crop region. Adjust the size and then, you will have better control of your panning.
To the experts and advance users. Is this the proper way of controlling the panning or is there be a much better solution?
it's vga problem
