Crash with no warning or option to save recovery

Revit has started to crash without warning, and with no option to save recovery file.

Why is this happening? I used to get the message to save recovery file but no longer do.

I am having to manually save the file after most modelling operations, as a lot can be done in 15min !!

This is becoming frustrating, and i have started another project in another piece of software cause i'm getting annoyed with this.

Is there a solution? or do I have to continue with this.

Attached journal file for anyone that knows what to look for.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

I have my Autodesk app manager running in my task bar and it tells me there are no updates.

I am on Service pack 2, the code is 20150701_1515, however I noticed a new build number in another service pack. 20150714_1515.

Should my Autodesk app not recognise the change and update?

I'll download manually, and try this update.
