I have a linked structure Revit file, I want to print a sheet to pdf.

The problem I want to show the hidden wall. Hidden lines of walls visible in sheets at Revit but when exporting sheets to pdf, Hidden lines disappear.
There are two picture clarify the problem. one snapped inside Revit program and the other snapped from the pdf file.

Are these hidden lines or reference planes?! they look like the latter

To reveal hidden lines you need to Go to View tab on the ribbon >> Show hidden Line ... then click the element you want to show lines through the the Element which is hidden

if you want reference planes to export ...uncheck the box

I cannot recreate the issue you are having and hidden lines seem to export fine. You need to be more specific and generous with words otherwise upload the model and the link

  1. Hidden Walls in which model (Main or link)
  2. The element you want to show through is what and where in which model (main or link?)
  3. What type of lines are these? Model? Symbolic placed by you, using Linework OR generated using RShow Hidden Lines tool?
  4. You are using 2022 Export to PDF or Print to PDF?

I still cannot replicate the issue... Model lines always print in both Vector and Raster mode. It must be either you pdf printer driver or something obscuring the line when printing (a scope box a region...)

Instead of model lines, try to do one of the following

  1. set view Discipline to Structural and Show hidden lines by discipline
  2. set view Discipline to Architectural and Show Hidden Lines to ALL

Apologies, if you can't share the models I am not able to help more
