Could not establish connection to Internet Mapping Service

I am facing a problem with Revit .

 I  am unable to use the Internet Mapping Service location  to complete a energy model , it was working fine until today  .

 

I am currently enrolled in the BUILDING PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE by AUTODESK , it is a free course online  and this toll is essential to complete the exercises and the quizzes.

 

I am getting the below notification on the analysis location tool screen :

 

 

Could not establish connection to Internet Mapping Service.
Please check your access settings to gbs.autodesk.com. This site may be blocked by your firewall or some other network security system.

 

I disabled the windows firewall   the antivirus and all add blockers and malware blockers in my browsers..but without result,I logged in and out and in from the Autodesk GBS, INSIGHT 360 and Revit again & again no results ...I am on windows 7 ...Google Chrome ,IE 11 and Firefox browsers

 

Any suggestions ?

I noticed I have the same problem few days ago. I could use this tool and was working perfectly last February, don't know what could have happened. I have also tried from other hardware and the same issue appeared. Any solution? Could be a problem coming from autodesk?

I just wanted to follow up here, any progress on this issue?

Issue: Your access to the Internet Mapping Service may be blocked by your network settings.

Solution: Check your access settings to autodesk.com. If this site is blocked by your company's firewall or some other network security system, contact your network administrator.
