Hi, using revit my pc shutted down. any old copy that I had i deleted it cause of my low space in disk.

Tried to open every recovered copy .rvt but the same error appears: "Failed to open document"

There is no cloud archive, all I used was locally. Tried the audit option. nothing.

Any alternatives or I'm done?

Thanks in advance

Is this a cloud model? or network-workshared? or not a workshared model at all?

Each one of these has its own backup.

- In the cloud, just try to reopen the model and it will prompt you to keep or discard changes.

- On the network, there should be a folder with the same name as the model, with a "_backup" suffix. You can access it using the 'Restore Backup' command. (For this to work, you must've set up a sufficient number of backups ahead of time.) The backup folder exists for both central and local files.

- Non-workshared models have backup files in the same folder (just like Acad) with a .000x.rvt file extension.

You need a large C:\ drive to work with Revit uninterrupted. Other drives are of no use to Revit. A minimum of a 100GB is required to not lose work like you have, or learn to sync often to avoid losing a lot of work.
